Spray foam systems for distribution centres, storage facilities, industrial units and steel structures. Closed-cell Enverge foam stops metal roof condensation at source, reinforces ageing roof sheets and cuts energy costs — sprayed from inside, bay-by-bay, while your warehouse keeps trading.

Closed-cell spray foam is the most effective insulation solution for metal-clad warehouses — solving condensation, thermal performance and energy efficiency in a single application. Profiled metal roofing is a very common warehouse roof type, and the single biggest cause of condensation and heat loss in industrial buildings.

Achieve 30–50% heating cost savings with a seamless thermal envelope. Most warehouse operators see full ROI within 2–5 years.
Eliminates dripping from cold metal roofs onto stock, machinery, electrics and racking. Protects your assets.
U-values as low as 0.18 W/m²K achievable. Maintains stable temperatures for stock protection and staff comfort.
Bonds and stiffens ageing roof sheets. Reduces wind uplift, rattling and flexing on large-span warehouse roofs.
Install bay-by-bay while operations continue. Foam sets in minutes — no wet trades, no drying time, no follow-up visits.
No sagging, no moisture damage, no replacement. Chemically inert once cured — unaffected by vibration or temperature cycling.
Profiled metal roofing is a very common warehouse roof type — and the single biggest cause of condensation and heat loss in industrial buildings.
Closed-cell foam raises the internal surface temperature above dew point, preventing moisture forming on the underside of metal sheets. Protects stock and racking.
Spray foam follows every ridge and trough of profiled sheets — box profile, sinusoidal, standing seam and composite panels. Zero gaps.
No mechanical fixings, screw holes, clips or brackets. The foam adheres directly to the metal with no damage to the roof integrity.
Applied to new constructions or existing warehouses. Minimal disruption to operations — most warehouses completed in 1–5 days.
Closed-cell spray foam adds significant structural integrity to metal and cement fibre warehouse roofs — creating a rigid composite far stronger than the original sheet alone.
Composite panel effect. Closed-cell foam bonds to metal and cement fibre sheets, creating a rigid composite that dramatically reduces movement across large-span warehouse roofs.
Wind & weather resistance. Reduces flexing, rattling and uplift caused by high winds. Particularly valuable for exposed warehouse and distribution centre buildings.
Extends roof life 20+ years — reinforces ageing and brittle roofing materials without disturbing them, avoiding a costly re-roof while adding insulation and condensation control.

From ambient storage to temperature-controlled environments, our spray foam systems are engineered for every type of warehouse and industrial structure.

Every type of warehouse benefits from spray foam insulation — from ambient storage to temperature-critical environments.
Large-span distribution centres need condensation-free environments to protect stock and packaging. Spray foam eliminates dripping water and reduces heating costs across vast floor areas.
Temperature-controlled warehouses for food, pharmaceuticals and electronics need high thermal performance at minimal thickness. Closed-cell foam provides insulation and vapour barrier in one seamless application.
Stable temperatures improve product quality and worker productivity. Spray foam maintains consistent conditions year-round, reducing energy costs and improving welfare.
Pick-and-pack warehouses need comfortable working conditions for staff and protection for goods. Insulation reduces energy bills and creates a more productive environment.
Individual units within larger estates can be insulated independently. Spray foam is applied unit-by-unit with no impact on neighbouring tenants.
Protect high-value vehicles, plant and equipment from condensation damage. Spray foam stops dripping, reduces humidity and improves air quality inside storage buildings.
Which spray foam system is right for your warehouse? Here is how closed-cell and open-cell compare across every metric that matters.
| What matters on a warehouse | RECOMMENDEDEnverge Nexseal LEClosed cell | Enverge SucrasealOpen cell |
|---|---|---|
| Cell structure | Closed — rigid, high density | Open — soft, flexible |
| Thermal conductivity | λ 0.027 W/m·K | λ 0.039 W/m·K |
| Vapour barrier | Integral — no separate VCL needed | Vapour open — requires separate VCL |
| Condensation control on metal | Eliminates at source — warms the sheet | Not specified for cold metal roofs |
| Structural reinforcement | Adds rigidity to the substrate | Soft foam — no structural benefit |
| Adhesion to metal | Excellent — bonds to profiled steel and aluminium | Good, but no structural bond |
| Warranty | 25-year manufacturer-backed material warranty | Manufacturer product warranty |
| Best suited to | Metal-clad warehouse roofs and walls | Internal partitions and acoustic build-ups |
Nexseal LE achieves strong fire performance and can be overcoated to Euroclass B where a building’s use or fire strategy requires it.
Uncoated, the foam achieves BS 476 Part 7 Class 1 / Euroclass E — suitable for general warehouse storage areas and ambient warehousing.
Where required, the foam can be overcoated (e.g. DC315 intumescent) to achieve an enhanced Euroclass B rating. Specified to the building — not always necessary.
Warehouse offices, mezzanine storage, escape routes and any area with regular human occupancy or a specific fire strategy requirement.

The foam and any finish are matched to the roof sheeting and how the building is used. Request the technical documentation for your specification.

The core warehouse system: a spray-applied, two-component closed-cell foam that insulates and air-seals roofs, walls and steelwork. Rigid and moisture-resistant with a 25-year manufacturer-backed material warranty, and can be overcoated to a Euroclass B fire rating where required.

A spray-applied, two-component open-cell foam for internal partitions and areas where a lighter, more vapour-open build-up and acoustic performance suit the space.
