No. GacoFlex S42 is applied externally without disturbing the inside of the building. We routinely run installations out of hours, at weekends and overnight so distribution, racking and operations carry on uninterrupted. The product cures overnight at typical temperatures in Ireland.

The same roof encapsulated with GacoFlex S42 costs substantially less, priced after a free site survey, completed without taking the building offline.

Twenty years on the GacoFlex S42 membrane, manufacturer-backed and manufacturer-backed. Annual visual inspection during the warranty period is recommended but not mandatory. Spot repairs during the warranty are covered.
