Yes. We agree access lanes and customer hours with the operator at the start of each day. Customer access continues throughout the works and we do not block individual unit doors during operating hours.
No. The works are external and the existing roof structure stays in place. GacoFlex S42 sits on top of the cement sheet and slightly improves solar reflectance — no impact on internal temperature for negative- or chill-temperature stores.
Yes. The works are external with no fibre disturbance internally. Air sampling can be added on request where the contents are particularly sensitive.
Survey within 5–7 working days, quote within 48 hours of survey, mobilisation typically 4–8 weeks subject to weather window. Emergency leak patching can usually be attended within 48–72 hours where stock is at immediate risk.
The warranty covers the integrity of the GacoFlex S42 membrane for 20 years. Consequential loss of stock from a covered defect is dealt with via our public liability insurance and the warranty insurance backing — both are in place from the day of handover.
