Irish building regulations for insulation in County Carlow
Technical Guidance Document L 2022 — Buildings other than Dwellings (Part L, in force 25/10/2022) sets the energy performance standard in the Republic of Ireland. A BER (Building Energy Rating) from SEAI is required when a building is sold or let. Fire performance is assessed under TGD B – Fire Safety, with materials classified to I.S. EN 13501-1.
