Duratite waterproofs and encapsulates these roofs without removal — GacoFlex S42 silicone is applied externally over the existing cement sheet, locking down loose fibres, sealing laps and fixings and adding a 20-year warranted weatherproof finish. Yes. We routinely take whole-estate programmes covering 10–40 units, ranging from 800m² to 5,000m² each. Roofs are condition-graded, prioritised by leak risk and refurbished in a phased programme that typically spans one to two seasons. The same warranty pack and management standard applies to every unit.
No. All works are external. Tenants continue operations inside the unit while we apply GacoFlex S42 above. We co-ordinate access, parking and welfare with the tenant and the landlord and provide a tenant communication template ahead of works.

Surveys are non-intrusive — typically a single visit of 1–3 hours per unit depending on size, with internal access only needed if rooflight condition cannot be assessed externally. Most estate surveys are completed in two to four days regardless of unit count.
Each unit is priced after a free site survey, based on roof area, condition and access. Estate-wide programmes attract a per-m² discount that scales with the total area committed.
