Yes. The whole point of GacoFlex S42 over a cement sheet roof is that all works are external — there is no internal disturbance, no asbestos fibre release inside the factory and no equipment shutdown required. We co-ordinate access and welfare with your production team and run a controlled work zone above live lines.

GacoWash cleaning is run as a controlled wet wash with effluent capture under the applicable asbestos regulations. Wash water is collected, filtered and disposed via licensed routes. We do not use abrasive cleaning, brushing or pressure jetting that would aerosolise fibres.

Yes. GacoFlex S42 is highly elastomeric and accommodates the thermal cycling typical above bakeries, paint ovens, plastics and rubber-processing factories. Detail tape is used at every lap, fixing and valley to handle long-term movement without splitting.

Yes. GacoFlex S42 is fully cured and inert at handover. Many of our installations are above food production, dairy, brewery and pharma cleanrooms. We provide ATEX, BRC and food-safe documentation packs where required.

A 5,000m² factory roof in reasonable condition typically takes 3–5 weeks of weather-permitting working time, often delivered around shift patterns. Larger sites are split into bays and run with parallel crews. Your facilities team gets a programme with weekly milestones.
