Spray-applied · self-bondingSprayed as a liquid, it expands into the shape it is given and cures bonded to the substrate. Every practical advantage comes from that one property.
It grips as it cures. No fixings, no penetrations through the deck, and no rails running cold straight through the insulation line.
It fills what a board cannot be cut to fit — ribs, rafter junctions, service penetrations. The insulation and the air barrier are the same material, applied at the same time.
Nexseal LE cures rigid at 78 kPa and adds racking strength to the frame it is sprayed into, while resisting liquid water and vapour at µ 62.
Sucraseal is soft and vapour-open, with sound absorption around NRC 0.70 at 100 mm — the better answer between rooms and floors, paired with an AVCL.
Closed cell and open cell are not interchangeable. Vapour strategy, structural contribution and acoustic performance decide it — and getting that wrong is what causes problems years later.

The flagship. Rigid, low-emission closed-cell foam that self-bonds to steel, concrete and timber, resists water, and adds racking strength to the frame it is sprayed into.

Soft, low-density and water-blown, with zero ozone depletion potential. It breathes, so it needs a vapour control layer on the warm side — and it is the better answer wherever sound matters.

The best thermal performance in the range. Where you are fighting for headroom, rafter depth or a tight cavity, this is the one that buys the space back.

A pour and low-expansion system for filling what you cannot spray into open — masonry cavities, stud bays and retrofit voids — without pushing the structure apart.

A high-density closed-cell foam for agricultural buildings and uninhabited storage. It meets ASTM E-84 Class A in its own right, so for those uses it needs no separate thermal barrier over the top.

Foam in an occupied space needs a thermal barrier. DC315 is a water-based intumescent coating from International Fireproof Technology — a separate manufacturer, not part of the Enverge range — and the product we specify over Enverge foam to reach BS 476 Part 7 Class 1.

The grade most commercial specifications land on, and the one the warranty is usually written against.
This is a moisture decision before it is a thermal one. Thickness can fix a U‑value. Nothing fixes the wrong vapour behaviour in the wrong place.
