Specified for commercial schemes: Enverge Nexseal LE closed-cell spray polyurethane foam, declared to BS EN 14315-1, sprayed direct to the slab underside, finished with DC315 intumescent topcoat. Typical 50 mm build-up bonds chemically to concrete, steel deck or composite slab — no primer, no fixings.
The DC315 topcoat over cured foam achieves Euroclass B-s2-d0 to BS EN 13501-1, fully compliant with commercial fire requirements (TGD B in ROI, Technical Booklet E in NI) for occupied buildings.
