Who we are
Duratite Ireland is Duratite Building Products Limited, a company registered in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office under number 821494. Our registered office is Unit 3D North Point House, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork, T23 AT2P.
That address is our registered office. It is not a branch, a depot or a showroom, and there is no counter to visit. The best way to reach us is by email at info@duratite.ie, or through the form at the bottom of this page. Site surveys are carried out at your building by an approved installer.
Duratite Ireland is part of the Duratite group, which has delivered projects in the UK since 2015.
What we supply
| Brand | What it is | Products |
|---|---|---|
| Gaco (by Amrize) | Liquid roof coatings | GacoFlex S42 silicone roof coating, GacoFlex SF42 fibre-reinforced silicone seam sealant, GacoFlex U91/U92 urethane coatings, primers and cleaners |
| Enverge | Spray foam insulation | Closed-cell spray foam, including Nexseal LE |
| Purios | Spray foam insulation | Spray foam insulation systems |
Purios is a separate brand and is not part of Amrize.
Gaco S42 and SF42 are silicone roof coatings, not spray foam. SF42 is the fibre-reinforced grade, so no separate fabric or mesh is needed. A complete GacoFlex S42 system carries a 20-year manufacturer-backed product warranty. Enverge Nexseal LE carries a 25-year manufacturer-backed product warranty.
See silicone roof coating, commercial roof waterproofing, asbestos roof coatings and spray foam insulation for what the products are used for.
Tell us about your building
Send the address, what the building is and what is going wrong. We will pass it to an approved installer for a free site survey.
How a project works
- You tell us about the building. Use the form on this page or email info@duratite.ie with the address, the roof or building type, what is going wrong and a few photos.
- We pass it to an approved installer who covers your county.
- Free site survey. The installer inspects the building, measures it and records the condition, including anything that affects the regulations, such as asbestos.
- Specification and fixed quote. You receive the scope, the products and a fixed quote. We do not publish price lists for installed work, because every building is different.
- The work. The approved installer carries out the job to the manufacturer's specification, with readings and photographs recorded.
- Handover. You receive the records and the product warranty documents. Workmanship is covered by the installer.
Our approved installer network is described on the approved spray foam installers page.
Where we work
We supply across all of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The regulations are different on each side of the border, and every page and guide on this site says which one it covers:
- Republic of Ireland: the Building Regulations with TGD L and TGD B, SEAI Building Energy Ratings, and the Health and Safety Authority for asbestos work.
- Northern Ireland: the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 with Technical Booklets F2 and E, and HSENI for asbestos work.
See areas we cover in Ireland and Northern Ireland and our technical guides.
Project reference on the island of Ireland
The SAICA Warrenpoint project in County Down is the Duratite group's reference project on the island of Ireland. The asbestos cement roof on Unit 3, 1,090 m² at SAICA Pack's Warrenpoint site, was encapsulated with closed-cell roofing foam and a GacoFlex U91 base coat and U92 top coat, instead of being stripped. The works were notified to HSENI.
More projects are on the case studies page. Where a project is in Great Britain, it is labelled with its location.
